- Corrupted or Unusable File – The product file is corrupted and cannot be used, and a replacement file is unavailable.
4. Exclusions from Refunds
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You do not have the technical skills to use the product.
- You purchased by mistake but the product was delivered.
- You can no longer access the download link because the allowed download period expired.
- The file works as described but is not compatible with your specific device or software unless clearly stated in the listing.
5. Malicious Files Disclaimer
While we take reasonable steps to scan files for viruses and malware, we cannot guarantee that all products are free from harmful code. Buyers are strongly advised to run independent security checks before opening downloaded files.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues arising from downloaded products.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions above:
- Email support@aigarage.ai within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide your order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue.
- We may request screenshots, error messages, or other proof to verify your claim.
7. Fraud Prevention
All refund claims are subject to verification.
If we suspect misuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeated claims, fraudulent activity), your account may be suspended or terminated.
