Listing Rules
To ensure clarity, professionalism, and buyer confidence, all sellers must follow the listing rules below when creating a new product entry in the AI Marketplace.
1. Unique Listings
- Each product must be listed only once.
- Duplicate listings across categories, subcategories, or accounts are not allowed.
- Updated versions should be released as new versions under the same listing, not as separate duplicates.
2. Accurate Categorization
- Select the most relevant category for your product (e.g., “AI Bots” instead of “AI Apps” if it applies more precisely). You may choose multiple categories as befit.
- Choose the appropriate subcategory and extended subcategory from the provided fields so buyers can filter and find your product easily. You may choose multiple subcategories as befit.
- Incorrect categorization may result in reduced visibility or listing removal.
3. Product Upload (Medias Field)
- Insert the actual product file(s) into the “Medias” field.
- Accepted formats include:
- .zip (compressed folders containing multiple files)
- .exe / .dmg (installers for software)
- .apk / .ipa (mobile app packages, if applicable)
- .json, .csv, .txt, .pdf (datasets, templates, prompts, documentation)
- Provide clear file names and ensure that downloads are tested and functional.
4. Clear Titles & Keywords
- Titles must be short, specific, and descriptive (e.g., “AI Resume Generator Bot – GPT-4 Based”).
- Use only relevant keywords to help buyers find your product.
- Avoid misleading titles, clickbait, or irrelevant keyword stuffing.
5. High-Quality Visuals
- Upload preview images or screenshots that accurately represent your product.
- Images should be clear, original, and high-resolution.
- Demo videos or animated previews are encouraged if applicable.
- Stock images not related to your product are prohibited.
6. Product Information
Provide a comprehensive description covering:
- Detailed Descriptions: Provide comprehensive details (product features, use cases, compatibility, file formats, version, limitations).
- Product Features – core functionality and highlights.
- AI Platform/Software Used – specify the underlying AI tool or framework (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Industry Focus – identify which industries the product applies to (e.g., healthcare, education, retail, finance).
- Hosting Type – clarify how the product is delivered (e.g., cloud-based SaaS, downloadable app, API access, on-premise).
- Compatibility – mention supported operating systems, browsers, file formats, API integrations, or hardware requirements.
- Release Date – include the product’s initial release date and update history if available.
- Installation Instructions – provide step-by-step guidance for setup and use.
- Support Model – specify the level of support offered (e.g., email support, knowledge base, ticketing system, community forum).
- Use Cases – describe practical applications for buyers (e.g., “Automates ad copywriting for marketers,” “Generates realistic 3D avatars for gaming”).
7. Licensing Information
- Clearly indicate usage rights:

· Personal Use License: Buyer can use the product for personal projects only. Cannot resell, redistribute, or use commercially.
· Commercial Use License: Buyer can use the product in business/commercial projects. Cannot resell the original file, but can use it in client work, marketing, apps, or business operations.
· Extended Commercial License: Includes everything in Commercial Use. Buyer can use in larger-scale projects (e.g., SaaS, multiple clients, commercial templates).
· Exclusive License: Product is sold to one buyer only.
· Open-Source License: Product can be freely used, modified, and redistributed. Must include proper attribution (if required by the creator).
· Free for Any Use (Including Resale): Fully open license. Buyers can use, modify, distribute, and even resell the product.
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content complies with copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
By following these rules, you ensure your listings are professional, trustworthy, and discoverable, while also protecting the interests of buyers and the marketplace community.
