We are dedicated to creating a trusted, professional, and thriving community where creators and businesses can showcase and sell AI-based digital products. To maintain integrity, fairness, and safety, all sellers must comply with these guidelines.

Failure to follow these rules may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

1. Registration & Compliance

  • Account Verification: Complete full registration, including identity verification, business licenses, or tax IDs (if applicable).
  • Single Account Rule: Each seller must operate only one account to ensure credibility and consistency.
  • Adherence to Law: All sellers must comply with local and international e-commerce, data protection, and intellectual property laws.

2. Permitted & Prohibited Products

  • Allowed Products: Only AI-based digital products are allowed (e.g., AI prompts, AI-generated art & visuals, AI bots & agents, AI apps, AI templates, AI voice & audio files, AI video/animation, AI datasets, AI models).
  • Strictly Prohibited:
    • Physical products of any kind.
    • Human-generated (non-AI) digital content offered as AI.
    • Counterfeit, plagiarized, stolen, or infringing products.
    • Adult content, explicit imagery, or offensive/illegal material.
    • Services that require ongoing human labor (e.g., freelancing, tutoring, custom work).

3. Listing Rules

  • Unique Listings: No duplicate listings for the same product across categories or accounts.
  • Accurate Categorization: Place your product in the most relevant category (e.g., “AI Bots” instead of “AI Apps” if it fits better).
  • Clear Titles & Keywords: Titles should be concise and descriptive. Avoid keyword stuffing or misleading tags.
  • High-Quality Visuals: Upload clear preview images or demo screenshots representing your product. No stock images unrelated to your product.
  • Detailed Descriptions: Provide comprehensive details (product features, use cases, compatibility, file formats, version, limitations).
  • Licensing Information: Clearly state whether buyers receive personal, commercial, or extended usage rights.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Transparent Pricing: The price listed must be final and accurate. Do not mislead with fake prices or $0 listings unless genuinely free.
  • Marketplace Fees: Be aware of commissions, transaction fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), and applicable taxes. Sellers are responsible for compliance.
  • Currency: All products must be priced in the marketplace’s default currency (unless multi-currency support is offered).

5. Conduct & Communication

  • Professionalism: Maintain respectful, professional communication with buyers and the community.
  • No Off-Platform Redirection: Do not post links, contact details, or promotions that lead buyers to external marketplaces or private sales channels.
  • Prompt Responses: Reply to buyer queries within a reasonable time frame.

6. Intellectual Property & Authenticity

  • Original Content: Only upload products you created or have full rights to sell.
  • Respect IP Rights: Do not use copyrighted content, trademarks, or datasets without permission.
  • Transparency: Clearly disclose if your product incorporates open-source AI models, datasets, or third-party components.

7. Quality, Updates & Support

  • Maintain Product Quality: Ensure your product functions as described and delivers expected results.
  • Version Updates: Keep your product updated if it becomes obsolete due to technology changes (e.g., AI model versioning).
  • After-Sales Support: Provide reasonable support (e.g., bug fixes, installation guidance) as outlined in your product listing.

8. Trust, Reviews & Reputation

  • Build Reputation: Deliver consistently high-quality products to earn positive reviews and potential “Verified Seller” status.
  • No Manipulation: Fake reviews, inflated ratings, or misleading testimonials are prohibited.
  • Dispute Handling: Resolve disputes in good faith and cooperate with marketplace mediation if required.

9. Data, Security & Safety

  • Safe Files Only: All uploads must be scanned for malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • No Data Abuse: Products must not collect, misuse, or resell buyer data without consent.
  • Compliance: Follow GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection laws.

10. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Warning or product removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent ban for severe or repeated violations
